It's running on Windows 10?
all my tests with the Via chrome9 is on windows 10 currently.
It's like Oblivion and Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight had an illegitimate child 😂
5:03 Lol! Pop-in inside of a dungeon is insane.
Cutest rabid low-pixel animal stuck in a cage
what did you select for the iso? nothing runs perfectly on my computer. also how does steam work on xp still
mine doesn't even run doom that great. its grey and squeezed into the left
drive.google.com/file/d/1APbZqRCAERtq7SNfOVuz43feYKmp9C1k/view?usp=sharing this includes the ISO and the version of Oracle VM that I use as well. As for Steam there is a copy of Steam right before they patched out Windows XP that did work. It no longer works. enjoy
@@WinXP_SP1 sorry for the bad grammar. i meant like how much ram video memory stuff like dat did you put in
@@Stikroy just think before u reply lol
I have it set up with 256 mb video memory 3gb of RAM 4 CPUs.
Try running them on Windows XP, Windows 10 is killing that eeny tiny PC xD
But it's more fun
@@WinXP_SP1 but i want to see the true power of the Chrome 9 :'v
I think this shows it pretty well, It's not much of a gaming GPU. I mean give it credit for running these 10 games at all.
@@WinXP_SP1 but Quake 2 looks like diarrh* a :v, i bet it looks normal on Windows XP
@@WinXP_SP1Quake 2 runs like it played on my old machine, a Pentium 3 450 MHz with a SiS 620
If this gets 1k views I'll try to beat Half-Life 2 on this rig. Some games run better than others. I bet if I wasn't using Windows 10 I would get more FPS, but still neat to see this small thin client run games. Quake 2 2:35 Quake III 4:49 Call of Duty 8:05 Serious Sam: TSE 13:10 Half-Life 2: Deathmatch 17:40 Command & Conquer: Renegade 19:58 Laser Arena 24:52 Unreal 27:38 Doom 3 29:58 Killing Floor 34:50
what version of GMOD did you use? Mine is a FGD and I cannot find the program.
Protocol version 23 "Exe version 1.5.80.0 (garrysmod) Exe build: 10:48:46 Feb 26 2013 (5225) (4000)" That is what the txt doc says This is a non steam copy I found online awhile back.
This is kind of a vibe tbh
Gameplay starts at 4:31
More tests with the Chrome 9 please
Please test some retro games, more late 90s and early 2000s, like flesh feast, Turok 2 and Turok Evolution, Quake 3, UT Gold, Omikron, Kiss Psycho Circus
Sure, I will test some in the coming days :)
@@WinXP_SP1thank you buddy, also Blood 2 and the classic Resident evil 1 and 2 would be nice tests
This was just like my first experience with Oblivion! My, how far we have come…
This gives me more nostalgia than Oblivion's normal look
This is absolutely how I played Oblivion on my shitty Vista laptop in uni dorms in 2009. When I could finally afford an Xbox 360 in 2011 for Skyrim it was mind-blowing
The music is still nice
brings back memorys when we played this on my friends family PC, it ran like shit but it was fun regardless
I miss the days when you could crank down the graphics so far on AAA games that they looked like they were running on a Dreamcast, to get them to work on your dad's old Dell tower that maybe had a dedicated graphics card.
I love how the lighting effects just don't exist.
Bless you
Now.. I know I could have installed an older operating system and might have gotten better fps, but I like to push hardware to their limits.

Fuck that os bar screeeams ancient
there is no hope for my pentium 2
hello i have question if i use custom sounds (like music, weapon shooting sounds) while speedrunning this game will my speedrun considered obsolete?
I don't see that being a problem. Just mention what you did when the run in submitted.
@@WinXP_SP1 i just put spiderman theme for the 3 stages and the deathmatch music from first encounter for the bosses
@@WinXP_SP1 if you want me to change the music and redo the run again i have no problem with re-doing the speedrun again (edit:my recording for some goddamn reason isnt recording any sound so i think i have to re do it again :( )
no more anime girls, only winxp herself and game
why is it flattened 💀
It was shipped like that.
@@WinXP_SP1the first thing that came into your mind before even unwrapping it was to throw it into the freezer?
What's the framerate when not recording? Have you tried overclocking the gpu?
I capture the feed with a capture device and I doubt overclocking the GPU would help much the CPU alone is like 100 just idle when no game is running lol
@@WinXP_SP1 Could you try it on a less demanding OS like XP or 7?
Average Russian gamer experience
thank you for this video
holy moly this just showed up randomly for me in recommended videos. my loading screens in oblivion were even WORSE. it's funny because I never forgot how bad the loading screens were. I can't remember what PC it was, but it used to run win 2000 (and then win xp got installed on it). this rig you got has way quicker loading... relatively speaking, of course. mine took anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes and sometimes would crash my PC LOL I was a little kid, so, many, many times I smashed the keyboard in frustration, "why DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO LOAD EVERY SINGLE AREA EVEN GOING INSIDE A BUILDING!!!". I wonder if it's because I tried to play it on higher graphics. Thanks for the video and blast from past 😄
I do have a SSD installed in the rig thanks to a IDE to SATA adapter, makes a huuge difference, but yes was still slow loading. That is the the Celeron for yah :v)
I don't remember exact model, but it was a netbook using intel atom processor and integrated graphics. Useful for surfing on net. I managed to play oblivion on it. It was almost a slideshow, but I really wanted to play this game. But when I look at it today, all that desire to play it.... Forgettable. Story is ok, but everything else is poorly made. I played oblivion on maximum years later, I was not impressed. It's Bethesda.
What makes this music special is that I played this game when I was a kid in 2005 on my PlayStation 2 😭
Man am I glad that I first experienced Oblivion on the PS3. I wouldn't have been able to survive playing like this back in 08' when even 30fps was considered smooth.
goes hard
this game looks like a fever dream xD
I appreciate the dedication to go through this whole game on such a rig. Well done!
I've an Intel Celeron N4000 1,1 Ghz ( overclocked to 2,5 ) + 4 gb ram and this game runs at 60 fps on maxed settings 1024x768 on windows 11. My fps only drops down when there's that dust effect. Never played this game before so i thought i will give it a try on max difficulty and it's pretty hard but i enjoy it. lol
genuinely how i played it for the first time in my life, rocked in over 200 hours too. i cant enjoy games anymore but i still love oblivion
this video is missing let the bodies hit the floor
i didnt know what to expect but i certainly wasnt expecting a sildeshow presentation
those posterboard trees crack me up, truly they are the Speediest of Trees
thats rough buddy
Why ?
running in the loosest possible definition of the term!
I was about to say "oh hey this isn't so bad." Then I noticed the draw distance
People laugh now but back in 2006/2007 this was THE Oblivion experience for a ton of people who were using a 2001-2003 windows XP PC myself included, good times
Finally, Oblivion on PSP
that desktop wallpaper though 🖥️ 🔥 🏝️
That's how I first played it. Pentium 4 3 ghz, barely working GPU for me .. The results were the same. Also had the "downgrade" mod that reduced details even more
This is so weird. Well played.
